Andreea Seicean, MD, PhD, MPH, is the Clinical Director of Like MySelf Wellness.
Dr Seicean is an ABPN Board-Certified Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist, clinical investigator, scientist, and Professor. She completed her training at Case Western Reserve University, the Cleveland Clinic, and the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC).
Dr Seicean's PhD is in epidemiology and biostatistics. She is an expert in outcomes, cost effectiveness and quality improvement. She has over 40 publications and received multiple awards including from: The National Institute of Mental Health, The American Psychiatric Association and The American Association of Neurological Surgeons. Dr. Seicean has served as Psychiatrist and Clinical Director of the MidAmerica Mental Health clinics in Indiana and River North Psychiatry in Chicago.
Dr Seicean is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago where she continues to be active in research and teaches psychopharmacology (medication management) to the psychiatry residents.
Dr Seicean has extensive experience reviewing and managing medications and treating depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar, PTSD/trauma, ADHD, and addiction. She also specializes in cosmetic psychiatry, focusing on improving performance, quality of life, and self-esteem. This can include stress eating and weight loss, school and work performance, insomnia, irritability, stress, and life transitions.

Heather Parkerson, PMHNP, FNP is a ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and AANP Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Heather attended Purdue University where she completed her MS in family practice with honors followed by her post-master’s certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, American Nursing Association, American Psychiatric Nurses Association, American Psychiatric Association and The Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM).
Heather has extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults in various clinical settings including inpatient, residential and outpatient. She can prescribe, treat and provide therapy as needed. Therapeutic techniques she commonly applies include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Lydia Schatzel LCSW CADC is a Dually-Licensed Clinical Therapist and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 10 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Lydia obtained her Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, specializing in children and families along with addiction treatment. Lydia is also a recipient of the Class Act Award from University of Illinois Hospital in Chicago and the Chapter of Merit Award from the American Case Management Association.
Lydia combines cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, harm reduction, behavioral analysis, and mindfulness and insight awareness with a solution-focused approach that is client centered.

Eric J. Proescher, PsyD, MPH, is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Professor with over 20 years of experience. He completed his training at Loyola University in Maryland, the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago (National Louis University), and University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC).
Dr Proescher is a senior clinical psychologist at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center and Adjunct Professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He has been involved in multiple research studies and has over 29 publications in the areas of trauma, resilience, hypnosis, and coping with burn out.
